Returns Policy
No refunds or exchanges on medical equipment. You must check all items purchased for damage prior to leaving the store. No exceptions.
No merchandise will be accepted for return if it is meant to be worn or used next to the skin, used for sanitary or hygenic purpose or it is disposable (i.e. underpads or diapers, lancets, electrodes, creams, sprays, gels, and all bathroom equipment ect.). Special order items require the total amount due at the time ordered and are not refundable. All items and medical equipment are sold as is and there is no refund. All sales are final. Any exchanges must be approved by managment or written in agreement prior to purchase with proof of purchase.
 
Labor Policy
Labor is not covered under any manufacturer's warranty and is charged $65 per hour.
 
Returned Checks
$45 fee.
 
Late Fees
Rental equipment returned after due date will be charged $35 per day.
 
Diagnostic Fee
$55

Rental Policy

There are no refunds or pro-rating on any rental equipment for early return. Any damages that are ensued by the renter will be charged at the time of return. Rentals are a first come first serve basis, we usually have plenty rentals in stock therefore we do not reserve equipment. Please call for availability.
